Shipping Policy

Orders for in stock items will be processed within 2 business days. You will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s) at checkout. Shipping and handling costs are dependent on the weight and size of the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout. Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as overnight or two day service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received by 12 noon pst or your order may not begin to be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Any challenges with payment processing may delay order shipment.  Once the order is processed and leaves the shipping facility, delivery times may vary depending on shipping method. By law, all items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.

Backordered or advanced sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A backordered item is shipped once it is in stock - you will be notified of the status of your item via email and will not be charged until the item has been shipped. Expected ship date for advance purchase product is indicated on the product detail page. Any changes to the delivery date will be communicated in advance.

Return / Exchange Policy

Returns / exchanges on full price merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.  For returns, a refund with be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchased within 7 days of receiving your returned product.  For exchanges, the difference will either be charged / refunded to the original payment method.  In order to facilitate a return/exchange, please contact customer service - .
